Marimekko Puutarkakutsut cake plate with flower in coral

A Marimekko cake plate, this time not with the familiar Unikko print, but with the Puutarhakutsut design. The base of the plate is white, just like all other Oiva tableware (therefore, it always combines well with the all-white Unikko tableware!). This print by Fujiwo Ishimoto from 1989 is a lovely, airy, and summery floral print with green, coral, light blue, and pink. The plate is 20 cm in diameter, making it large enough as a breakfast or salad plate.
