Yet everything always has the same size and shape. This allows you to mix and match everything while still maintaining a - sort of - unity. At our house, the bowls are always gone, how about yours? Perhaps this is a cheerful variant to further expand your bowl collection

About the Siirtolapuutarha pattern

In addition to the most famous design from the Finnish brand Marimekko, the Unikko, Kleuroptafel also has the Siirtolapuutarha collection as a permanent part of the range. In 2026 and 2027, Marimekko is offering its retailers the opportunity to exclusively offer this colored Siirtolapuutartha / Räsymatto version. So you can only get it through independent Marimekko sellers and not through The Mothership ;-)

Not beads but a rag rug!

I first thought these black dots were beads on a chain. But it is something quite different. In Scandinavia, rag rugs are very popular, especially in summer houses. The Räsymatto motif is part of the Siirtolapuutarha series, in which city and nature meet. These holiday homes with rag rugs are a beautiful example of that. And look closely at the pattern again... it is a stylized representation of a rag rug, the 'beads' are the strips of rag fabric bulging between the weaving threads.

All information about Oiva Siirtolapuutarha blue-beige bowl 5 dl by Marimekko

Bowl made of stoneware (sturdier than earthenware)

Capacity: 5 deciliters

Base: white

Executed with the blue-beige-white Räsymatto motif

Pattern designer: Maija Louekari

Brand: Marimekko

Oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher safe

Made in Thailand

Marimekko product code: 076167

Why buy from Kleuroptafel?

It is my dream to build a thriving one-woman business with my quirky and colorful assortment.

With every purchase, you contribute to that and make me extremely happy.

I wrap everything nicely for you.

For packaging and shipping, I prefer to use recycled material.
