Poke bowl from the Bloom tableware by Duro Ceramics

"Do you also have ramen bowls or poke bowls?" I hear that question often in the store. And look what's just been added to the Bloom tableware collection! A poke bowl! Instead of the tapered bowls and dishes that were already available, there's now this beautiful round bowl. Nice and spacious, so you can clearly see what's in the poke bowl.

Unlike most other Bloom tableware pieces, the bowl is smooth instead of bumpy. I think this bowl is turned, hence the design. The decoration is applied by hand and then glazed thickly and fired to a robust finish, just like all other Bloom items. This makes them oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe.

Pink with green

The Bloom bowl has a pink brush swirl on the outside that runs from top to bottom. The inside has the same small branch with leaves as the other bowls. And of course, the top rim is a subtle light green.
