First of all, great that you're here. Apparently, you'd like to know more about ordering, paying, shipping, or returns at Kleuroptafel. Hopefully, you'll find what you're looking for below. Satisfied with your order? That's always nice. In a world where more and more purchases are made online and competition is fierce, reviews are incredibly important. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your experience with us through a Google review .
Postage costs
Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.75.
For other countries: choose your country and the system will provide the answer.
Packages are shipped with PostNL or DHL
Why isn't shipping free at Kleuroptafel?
Yes, that's certainly quite strange these days, but Kleuroptafel isn't Bol.com, Amazon, or Wehkamp. Currently, I pay around €7.00 (including VAT) to send an average package via PostNL. I can't afford to send packages for free. Besides, I'd like to turn things around in this case. Because isn't it strange that all those packages are delivered for free? Think of the delivery driver's wages, the purchase of the van, the fuel costs, and the packaging costs. I'd like to contribute to a little awareness in this area.
How long will I have to wait for my order?
Kleuroptafel strives to ensure you receive your order within 1 to 3 business days. We usually manage to ship orders the same day. Sometimes, this isn't possible because I don't have some of the stock in-store.
Is it urgent?
Send me an email or a text and I'll see what I can do for you (often a lot is possible ;-).
Different delivery address?
You can specify your work address, for example. There's a space for this during the checkout process. You can even specify an address abroad. Oh, and the other way around is also possible. Do you live far away and want to surprise Dutch family or friends? Have it delivered directly to their home. Of course, you'll only pay the Dutch shipping costs.
Pickup? That's possible!
Pickup is definitely possible! When ordering (so, after you've added your item to your cart and are about to pay), you'll see the option to "pick up at the store." This option is, of course, free!
You'll receive a confirmation once your order is ready. Please note: You may order something that's either out of stock or not in the store.
So please wait for this confirmation before you jump on your bike!

Payment methods
Payments are processed securely on the Mollie platform. You can pay with the most common payment methods: credit card, iDEAL, Bancontact, etc. You can also pay with PayPal. During the checkout process, you can select your preferred payment method. You can also use the "prepayment" option. Having learned the hard way, I will only ship your order once payment has been received.
14-day cooling-off period / money-back guarantee if not satisfied
If this is a consumer purchase under the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return the delivered goods within 14 business days without giving a reason. To do so, you must first send an email to info@kleuroptafel.nl . Would you also please include the Withdrawal Form or email it to us in advance?
Once the package containing the unused, undamaged item(s) has been returned, you will receive a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. (See also Terms and Conditions ).
Want to send a message to the recipient?
Always nice to leave a message for the recipient! Leave your personal message in the comments section. I'll write a card in my own handwriting, and it will be included with your order.
Send directly to another person
You can also have a gift sent directly to the birthday boy/girl/happy recipient. You can enter a different delivery address (different from the billing address) during checkout. If you find it difficult, or if you have specific requests, please send me an email, and we'll find a suitable solution! info@kleuroptafel.nl
