Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €6.95. Germany and Belgium €9.95.
For other countries: select your country and enter your address and the system will provide the answer.

Yes, that is naturally quite strange nowadays, but Kleuroptafel is not Bol.com, Amazon, or Wehkamp. I simply cannot afford to ship packages for free.
Moreover, in this case, I like to turn things around. Because isn't it actually strange that all those packages are delivered for free? Think of the parcel courier’s wages, the purchase of the van, the fuel costs, the packaging costs. I like to contribute to a bit of awareness in this regard. 

Kleuroptafel strives to ensure you receive your order within 1 to 3 business days. We usually manage to ship orders the same day. Sometimes, this isn't possible because I don't have some of the stock in-store.

Are you in a hurry with your order? Send a quick email (info@kleuroptafel.nl) or a message (06-41407437), and I will see what I can do for you. Very often, a lot is possible ;-).

You can specify your work address, for example. There's a space for this during the checkout process. You can even specify an address abroad. Oh, and the other way around is also possible. Do you live far away and want to surprise Dutch family or friends? Have it delivered directly to their home. Of course, you'll only pay the Dutch shipping costs.

Pickup is definitely possible! When ordering (so, after you've added your item to your cart and are about to pay), you'll see the option to "pick up at the store." This option is, of course, free!
You'll receive a confirmation once your order is ready. Please note: You may order something that's either out of stock or not in the store.

So please wait for this confirmation before you jump on your bike!

Payments are processed securely on the Mollie or Shopify platform. It is possible to pay with the most common payment methods: credit card, iDeal, Apple Pay, Bancontact, etc. You can also pay with PayPal. During the ordering process, you can choose from the available options.
It is not possible to use the 'bank transfer in advance' option via the website. If you would like to do so, please send me an email (info@kleuroptafel.nl).
Having learned from experience, I will only ship your order once payment has been received.

If you are a consumer making a purchase in accordance with the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to return the delivered goods within a period of 14 working days without giving any reason. To process your return as quickly as possible, it is helpful to send me an email in advance with your name, order number, and the product you wish to return: info@kleuroptafel.nl

Once the package with the unused, undamaged item(s) has been received, you will receive a refund of the purchase price and shipping costs via the payment method you originally used. The shipping costs for the return are at your own expense. (See further General Terms and Conditions).

It's always nice to include a message for the recipient! Please provide your personal message in the comments field. I will write it on a card in my neatest handwriting and send it along with your order.

You can also have a gift sent directly to the birthday boy/girl or lucky recipient. During the ordering process, you can enter a different delivery address (different from the billing address).
