I'm currently completely obsessed with the charcuterie board. A large board full of cheeses, olives, tomatoes, some chutney and beautifully draped meats, oh no, charcuterie :-) What's more fun than being able to present a different cheese knife for all the different cheeses? By the way, a tip. For easily spreadable cheeses, you can use the butter knives. And for chutney and rillette, the mocha spoon!

The Brio cutlery will last for years. Especially if you put it in the dishwasher with the plastic handles facing up in the cutlery basket. This way you keep the plastic in good condition even longer.

Please note, if the cheese knife is sold out in the store, you can still order it online. But given that the cheese knives have to come specially from Italy for Kleuroptafel, it can occasionally take a while. On average, everything is delivered well within 30 days, should it take longer I will let you know as soon as possible!
