I saw the Arcucci booth at the Paris trade show and this was what I wanted: so much color!!! Absolute bliss, because there was a huge row of stacked plates: charger plates, dinner plates, breakfast plates, and deep plates in just about every color of the rainbow. Plain with a gold edge, subtle white with a hand-applied colored edge, and this gorgeous candy stripe dinnerware. Hand-painted too, by the way! It's called Nastro, which means ribbon or band in Italian. These dinner plates, with a diameter of 26 centimeters, brighten up any table and make any dinner party a celebration!

Instant happiness

At Kleuroptafel, we naturally aim for the most vibrant colors possible! Because white is just white, right?! If I had the choice, we'd use every color of this striped tableware. And all the pieces! But I also understand limiting yourself to one color. Or two. Or combining two or three colors so you can mix and match the different pieces on the table. A cheerful stack with a red-striped dinner plate on the bottom, then an orange salad plate, and then a yellow-striped deep plate. Just to name a few. You could also alternate with the more subtle version of the Dolce Vita tableware, the Fil, a white tableware with a striped edge.

As Christmas tableware

Initially, I only wanted to buy the Rosso Natale Christmas tableware from Arcucci this fall. But when I was putting it online, I realized it would pair beautifully with these beautiful Christmas plates with red and dark green stripes. And you can, of course, use that tableware with those cheerful stripes all year round! Perhaps with other (summery) colors.

This Dolce Vita Nastro dinnerware is available in 8 colors. For this fall, I'm only offering the choice of red and dark green. But if you'd really like to order (a multiple of) six of these dinner plates in Tiffany green, please let me know . That's also possible! The colors available are: Bright blue (03), Mid blue (05), Orange (10), Yellow (12), Dusty rose (13), Red (16), Tiffany blue (17), Dark green (20).
