Provencal print: grapevines, bindweed, and berry branches

Sometimes you come across something you want to keep for yourself. Like: 'You never know'... I have a 4-meter long table in the garden of our vacation home. It would fit... But then again, in Germany with a Provencal print. That would suit someone else's garden better!

Red, black, gray, white

We don't see this color combination very much anymore. I'm reminded of Paloma Picasso who - I think in the 90s - made a splash with the red and black combination. But as intense as Paloma placed black and red next to each other, this pattern of different stripes, alternately featuring a Provencal flower with bindweed, grapevines, and berry branches (or are they olives after all?), is just as subtle.

Wipeable cotton

Throughout my children's childhood, I had such tablecloths on the table. Super practical and never any stress about spills and messes. I even held entire children's parties, including cookie baking and decorating, on these tablecloths. Afterwards, just a 'quick wipe' and you were done. (Unless, of course, we were decorating cookies with sprinkles/disco dip, then the Cemsto* seriously had to be used. (*No idea where this expression comes from, but I'm sure you understand what I mean ;-)
