I'm currently a huge fan of the cheese board. A large board full of cheeses, olives, tomatoes, some chutney, and beautifully draped meats – oh no, charcuterie :-) What could be more fun than being able to present a different cheese knife for all the different cheeses? Brio cutlery lasts for years. Especially if you place it in the dishwasher with the plastic handles facing up in the cutlery basket. This way, the plastic will stay in good condition for even longer.

But given that the cheese knives have to come especially from Italy for Kleuroptafel, it can occasionally take some time.
