I am currently completely obsessed with the charcuterie board. A large board full of cheeses, olives, tomatoes, some chutney and beautifully arranged cold cuts, oh no, charcuterie :-) What could be more fun than being able to present a different cheese knife for all the different cheeses? By the way, a tip. For easily spreadable cheeses, you can use the butter knives. And for the chutney and rillette, the mocha spoon!

The Brio cutlery lasts for years. Especially if you put it in the dishwasher with the plastic handles facing up in the cutlery basket. This way you keep the plastic good for even longer.

But given the fact that the cheese knives have to come especially for Kleuroptafel from Italy, it can sometimes take a while.
