I am currently a huge fan of the charcuterie board. Such a large board full of cheeses, olives, tomatoes, some chutney, and beautifully draped cold cuts, oh wait, charcuterie :-)

And what could be more fun than being able to present a different cheese knife for all the different cheeses? That way, you won't end up with the Brie knife in the Stilton and vice versa!

Tiets' tip

For the easily spreadable cheeses, you can very well use the fun Brio butter knives (and use the mocha spoon for the chutney and sauces!)

Sustainable choice

Brio cutlery lasts for years. Especially if you place it in the dishwasher with the plastic handles facing up in the cutlery basket. This keeps the plastic in good condition for longer. Also sustainable about this cutlery: it comes from EME, a family business in Northern Italy, and therefore not from the other side of the world.
