The serving spoons from the Brio cutlery by Italian Eme Posateria are sold individually. This way, if you want, you can mix and match. What's also handy is that they have the same size as the salad servers. So you can also buy one serving spoon and a set of salad servers, then you'll have three serving spoons at once :-)

Expandable to the max

The great thing about Brio cutlery is that, in addition to the 24-piece set, it consists of many individual items. Besides cake forks, mocha spoons, latte spoons, and salad servers, you can also expand the 'standard set' from, for example, 6 persons to 8 persons by ordering two separate knives, forks, spoons, and coffee spoons. Or what about an expansion with the 'breakfast cutlery' which is also perfect for an appetizer during an elaborate dinner.
