I'm a real sucker for animals on tableware, and for color! I'd been a Rice fan for years, but when I saw this series in collaboration with Nathalie Lété, I was completely sold and finally bought it. This large ivory plate features all the animals from this collection. The rim of this plate is scaled and has a burgundy edge.

For normal or for a party?

This plate is perfect for any day. It's a nice size, easily holding two sandwiches side by side. Dinner is also easy enough, even for a big eater. I can also imagine using it at parties to serve appetizers, pastries, or a cake. So festive! Especially if you pair this plate with the large and small oval dishes and ramekins from the same series!
