I'm currently a huge fan of the charcuterie board. A big board full of cheeses, olives, tomatoes, some chutney, and beautifully draped meats – oh no, charcuterie :-)

Sustainable Choice

The Brio cutlery lasts for years. Especially if you place it in the dishwasher with the plastic handles facing upwards in the cutlery basket. This way, the plastic stays in good condition even longer. Also sustainable about this cutlery: it comes from EME, a family business in Northern Italy, and therefore not from the other side of the world.
