I am currently a huge fan of the charcuterie board. Such a large board full of cheeses, olives, tomatoes, some chutney, and beautifully draped cold cuts—oh wait, charcuterie :-)

Sustainable choice

Brio cutlery lasts for years. Especially if you put it in the dishwasher with the plastic handles facing upwards in the cutlery basket. This keeps the plastic in good condition for longer. Another sustainable aspect of this cutlery: it comes from EME, a family business in Northern Italy, and therefore not from the other side of the world.
