The Bloom tableware has two different breakfast plates, perfect for mixing and matching. When I saw this floral tableware at the distributor of the Portuguese company Duro Ceramics, I was immediately sold. And I'm not really a fan of flowers and pink. But this whole set is perfect. It's sturdy, robust, full of character, and truly special. So completely atypical for a floral tableware set. You can just see and feel the joy and craftsmanship that went into making it.

Pink swan flower, white twigs

This breakfast plate is like a small watercolor painting: a green landscape with white and pink flowers, branches, and leaves. It is surrounded by clearly visible pink brushstrokes.
In the photo, this pink edge looks a bit dotted. The plate is hand-formed, giving it a bumpy, uneven surface. Light falls into the indentations, creating the dots.

Handmade

The Only Rose and Bloom tableware is hand-formed. This means the surface isn't as smooth as most standard tableware, but rather a bit bubbly. However, it's not rough or unpleasant at all, because the dishes have a nice, thick glaze. This also means all the plates are oven, dishwasher, and microwave safe. Very convenient, of course.
