The serving spoons of the Brio cutlery from the Italian Eme Posateria are sold individually. This way, you can mix and match if you like. What's also handy is that they have the same size as the salad servers. So you can also buy a serving spoon and a set of salad servers, then you'll have three serving spoons at once :-)

The great thing about Brio cutlery is that, in addition to the 24-piece set, it consists of many individual components. Besides cake forks, mocha spoons, latte spoons, and salad servers, you can also expand the 'regular set' from a 6-person to, for example, an 8-person set by ordering two extra knives, forks, spoons, and coffee spoons. Or how about an expansion with the 'breakfast cutlery' which is also perfect to use for the appetizer during an elaborate dinner.
