Wonderful, a lovely large mug for cups of tea, coffee, buttermilk, or (chai) latte. The mug is made of stoneware and features a subtle handle that's comfortable to hold. This gray Unikko is very distinguished, a quiet, understated version compared to the loud red version.

Unikko design

Unikko, a symbol of creativity, was created at a time when floral designs were scarce in the Marimekko collection. This was because Armi Ratia, the founder of Marimekko, so loved flowers and was convinced that their beauty couldn't be captured in a two-dimensional design. Maija Isola, however, was fascinated by the floral theme and decided to create a whole new series of floral prints.

Super fine mug

Psst, don't tell anyone, but I have very little Marimekko tableware at home. But I do have these 4-deciliter cups. They're by far the most popular. They're easy to drink from, nice and thick, feel wonderfully smooth, and are simply beautiful. I hope you'll enjoy this cup immensely too!
