The baking dish that can always be on the table!

I have some really cool old enamel casserole dishes that belonged to my great-aunt. They're wonderful to use in the kitchen, but when we're having a nice meal, I'd actually prefer to keep them there, even if I'm serving a simple casserole. With these fantastic Portuguese casserole dishes from Gresnovo, it's a different story. They can go straight from the oven onto my beautifully set table. And this heart-shaped little gem is especially lovely! Perfect for a table full of delicious shared dishes.

Nice and practical

These dishes are oven-safe, of course, but also microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe. What I really appreciate about these dishes is their relatively tall height. Many oven dishes are a bit shorter, which often causes the lasagna to bubble over the edge in the oven. This results in leaks and burnt residue on the bottom of the oven.
This bowl is even freezer-safe. But... be careful not to put it straight from the freezer into a terribly hot oven, or it might burst.
The bottom is unglazed and features the Gresnovo logo.

These bowls are made of earthenware in Portugal and feature a reactive glaze that ensures the color of the bowl is not completely uniform. Each bowl is unique.
