What's also handy is that they have the same dimensions as the salad servers. So you can buy one serving spoon and one salad server, and then you'll have three serving spoons at once :-)

The great thing about the Brio cutlery is that, in addition to the 24-piece set, it consists of many individual items. Besides pastry forks, mocha spoons, latte spoons, and the salad servers, you can also expand the 'standard set' from 6 settings to, for example, 8 settings by ordering two extra knives, forks, spoons, and coffee spoons. Or what about an expansion with the 'breakfast cutlery' that is also perfect for appetizers during an elaborate dinner.
