Could I also sell oven dishes in the same color as the Er-Go Rose tableware from Loveramics? Yes, I could... but then there were, of course, so many more colors and shapes to choose from! I started slowly with the rectangular dishes, but now there are also these incredibly attractive round, shallow tart tins. Perfect for a quiche or a sweet tart.

The baking dish that can always be on the table!

I have a whole bunch of springform pans at home and make quiche all the time. When the four of us eat together, I often serve the quiche straight from the springform pan on a board on the table. Perfect. But if we're having a more casual meal, it's nice to present it in a beautiful dish. These lovely Portuguese oven dishes from Gresnovo are a different story. They go straight from the oven onto my beautifully set table. The wavy top of the raised rim is really lovely. It makes it special!

Nice and practical

These dishes can of course be used in the oven, but also in the microwave and dishwasher.
Of course, you can also put a dish like this in the freezer. But... be careful not to put it straight from the freezer into a terribly hot oven, or it might burst.
The bottom is unglazed and features the Gresnovo logo.

Tip from Tiets

I actually always use baking paper, whatever I bake in a pie dish—including grilled vegetables. It saves a lot of washing up, and if you're unsure whether a pie crust is completely cooked, you can always lift the pie out of the pan by the baking paper and continue baking on a rack or baking sheet in the oven. Having trouble getting the baking paper into the pan? Lightly wet one side and then crumple it up. Place it wet-side down on the base, and you'll see it stays put and conforms to the pan very easily.

These bowls are made of earthenware in Portugal and feature a reactive glaze that ensures the color of the bowl is not completely uniform. Each bowl is unique.
