This lovely 'azzurro' blue really brightens up any table! In Italy, it's called fruit cutlery; I've named it breakfast cutlery. But of course, you can also use it perfectly well for appetizers at an elaborate dinner. Many people also choose this cutlery for their children. It's slightly larger than real toddler and preschooler sets, but smaller than the 'serious stuff'. And they get to have the same as the grown-ups. In this case, please note that the knife is just as sharp as a dinner knife.

This cutlery is made in Italy. For Kleuroptafel, I try to source as many products as possible that are made in Europe. It's a nice thought that the journey isn't too long. Moreover, I'm 100% sure that the people at EME in Northern Italy work under good conditions. Furthermore, and perhaps most importantly for you, Brio cutlery lasts for years. Especially if you put it in the dishwasher with the plastic handles facing up in the cutlery basket. This way, the plastic stays in good condition even longer. Because you can order all parts of the Brio cutlery separately, you can easily expand and adapt your cutlery to your own wishes.
