I think most people prefer real burning candles, but sometimes an LED candle is just better.

If it's shining somewhere in a quiet corner of the house where no one is, in the home of a forgetful person, on a table with all the waving children's hands, on the coffee table where the cats and the dog walk by with their swishing tails.

The great thing about these LED candles is that they have a wax coating on the outside, so the candle doesn't have a plastic, fantastic look, but actually resembles a rustic pillar candle. Another fun feature is the flame that doesn't burn constantly, but actually flickers a bit like a real candle. In short: I'd almost switch, but my kids enjoy fiddling with matches and snuffing out burning candles so much that I'm holding off for a while!
