Yes, another lovely deep plate in the Marimekko Oiva series, the tableware without end. For over 15 years, new items have been added regularly. New designs, new colors, but always matching what's already there. In terms of design and color, but also in terms of shape.

Ode to nature

Tiara also means crown in Finnish; in this case, it represents the crowning glory of nature's work. Branches, leaves, and flowers creep across the plate. The base of the plate is white, while the branches, leaves, and flowers are green, orange, blue, and yellow. The Tiara design originally dates from 2014. It was dusted off and refreshed in 2015: I find it a wonderfully accessible pattern. Clearly Marimekko, but it might also appeal to non-hardcore Marimekko fans.
