You can never have too many bowls like that. At least, in a household of four, I have eight in the cupboard, and they're all often in use: for breakfast, one with grapes, a soup for lunch, chips when the kids get home (oh no, apple and carrot chunks :-)), some extra cucumber for dinner, and leftovers also go into one of those bowls and, covered with a bowl cover, into the fridge—lunch for the next day!

Räsymatto?

Räsymatto is the Finnish word for rag rug. Many Finns use these rugs to make their outdoor spaces extra cozy. At the beginning of the outdoor season, when everyone heads back to their summer cottages, it's a tradition to hang these rugs outside, beat them, and freshen them up. If you look closely, you'll see that the pattern on this bowl isn't just plain dots; it's the pattern of woven rag rugs!
