You can never have too many bowls like that. At least, in a household of four, I have eight in the cupboard, and they're all often in use: for breakfast, one with grapes, a soup for lunch, chips when the kids get home (oh no, apple and carrot chunks :-)), some extra cucumber for dinner, and leftovers also go into one of those bowls and, covered with a bowl-over, into the fridge—lunch for the next day!
