Marimekko Siirtolapuutarha mug old rose-white | 2.5 dl

Mug 2.5 dl old rose dots, by Marimekko

Please note, this collection is already sold out in Finland. This means that I can no longer reorder the mugs. When they're gone, they're really gone.

This tableware by Marimekko is called Oiva and consists of countless items. Yet everything always has the same size and shape. This way you can mix and match everything while still maintaining a kind of unity. At our home, the mugs are always sold out nowadays, are yours too? Perhaps this is a cozy option to further expand your mug collection

No beads, but a rag rug!

At first I thought the dots in this design were beads on a chain. But it's something completely different. Rag rugs are very popular in Scandinavia, especially in summer cottages. The Räsymatto motif is part of the Siirtolapuutarha series, in which city and nature meet. These holiday cottages with rag rugs are a beautiful example of that.
