If you're anything like me, you also wonder why you can buy so few things in COLOR these days. Everything is greige, beige, gray, sand, ivory, or off-white. And yet everything around us is often so drab and bleak. Luckily, I apparently share this sentiment with the Italians at Tessitura Toscana Telerie. They design one tablecloth after another with color, color, and more color. And something for everyone; from quirky to romantic and from classic to modern! I would classify this Primula as romantic, although I'm a bit hesitant because of the lovely, boldly colored blue-red borders. Well, that's precisely what makes Tessitura's tablecloths so interesting!

Mouth-watering tablecloths

The linen tablecloths from the Italian brand Tessitura Toscana Telerie are truly a feast for the eyes. The tiny flowers on the Primula tablecloth really pop! The color is also delightfully fresh, with the primary-colored borders surrounding the "alpine meadow." The runner is only red and blue, while the tablecloth also features a bold yellow border. The perfect tablecloth for when you're ready for a bold color boost to shake off the drabness.

And of top quality

Besides the irresistible prints, the fabric is of excellent quality, and the tablecloths are finished with care and craftsmanship. The table runners and tablecloths have beautifully finished wide hems and are a lovely thickness. Well, if you spend a fortune on a tablecloth, those are the nice extras you get! Incidentally, this tablecloth is engineered. This means it's not an all-over print, but has a (usually quite busy) border that runs beautifully along the edge of the cloth, while the center of the table has a slightly more understated design.

Not everything in stock

Tessitura offers over 45 different designs, and each design comes in at least 5 different sizes. You might understand that I can't have them all in stock. But... I order them every Monday or so. And they arrive in Rotterdam by the end of the week. So, to be on the safe side, expect a delivery time of one to a week and a half.
