L'Occitane is the corner of France bordering Andorra and Spain, extending from roughly Perpignan in the south to Montpellier a little further northeast along the Mediterranean coast, including a substantial portion of the hinterland. Just look at the photos and you'll see all the growth and blooms. They're all such delightful colors, complementing all 24 or more Brio cutlery colors! They've kept the base color simple; they call the color "rope," or rope gray, if I may translate it correctly. Or is it perhaps the color of the sandy beaches of L'Occitane?

* Hemp is a natural product, similar to flax. It's a sustainable alternative to cotton. Growing hemp requires significantly less water and doesn't deplete the soil. The fabric made from hemp is very strong.
